Megan is a barrister who regularly appears pro bono or at low fee on the kinds of matters YAEL exists to support. She founded YAEL in 2025 after seeing, through her own work, how often women were left to fundraise publicly for legal costs, and how some matters can’t be reported publicly at all, leaving those involved with nowhere to turn. She leads YAEL’s volunteer board.
